Midweek Literary Reading Series

Please come to readings of two original plays in Bruce’s Garden this week.
The Garden is beautiful; the street is newly co-named as another lasting memorial.
THE LONG WET GRASS
This season’s final mid week literary will take place on
Wednesday, September 14th at 7 P.M. promptly – refreshments at 6:30
At 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14th, Irish trans-national writer, Séamus Scanlon,will return to Bruce’s Garden to read fromaccounts of childhood and paramilitary violence in Ireland – in a reading of his one act play The Long Wet Grass, part of the award winning The McGowan Trilogy.
Seamus will be jointed by two local artists, Rebekah Jordan & Jonathan Spencer in a reading of the play.
